  We have spent the last ten years designing and redesigning camera systems to fit the needs of various agencies. In conjunction with the U.S. Forestry service we have developed the CamoCam Series of video Systems. They are designed with the user in mind. No longer will you have to sit through hours of blank video tape waiting for action. The CamoCam is designed to let you capture only the events that you want captured on video tape. The systems won't set themselves up nor will the make the arrest for you but they do lend an extra set of eyes to see what exactly is going on when the bad guy thinks noone is looking. The CamoCam video monitoring systems have been in production since 1991 at out manufacturing facility.

The CamoCam is a complete video system sold to law enforcement agencies only and is the best investment that money can buy in that it will save you countless hours of paytime for someone who would otherwise have to sit, on the time clock, waiting for action to happen.

The Programmable Features

The CamoCam series of video systems is fully programmable with the use of a user friendly software interface. With the software installed on a PC or laptop, you can adjust the following settings.

Zoom feature allows user to set the automatic zoom feature to a setting that allows the camera to wait x seconds before the zoom, to zoom for x amount of seconds, and to remain zoomed in for x amont of seconds.Daytime night settings allow user to indicate whether to record during daylight or in the dark of night.( night use is aided with infra-red illuminator.)Record interval allows the user to set how long to record after the last sensor trigger.Set the system for the use of the internal video camera for long range zoom capabilities or the external camera which is more idealy suited for low light situations. See external camera for more details on low light capabilities.Set the hours you want the camera to be active listening for sensor activity while it goes into low power or "sleep' mode during the hours least likely to get any activity. This option saves valuable battery power during hours or days of inactivity..

Low Powered

The system is a low powered outdoor unit that is weather proof and can be left at a site for extended periods to catch events on video tape. The systems operate on 12V DC for the entire length of at least one video tape. CamoCam systems are designed for outdoor use but they can also be used indoors with a plug in to a wall outlet using the supplied dc converter.

Sensors

The Camocam is remotely activated by using any type of sensor you can imagine. We can integrate some of the most sophisticated sensor systems into the unit or it can be programmed with trip wire. This makes CamoCam the most versatile camera unit on the market today. The Camocam was designed with the user in mind. Any normally open or normally closed switch can be integrated into our system in less than fve minutes. This means that many of the sensors that you might already have can be incorporated into the CamoCam saving you from having to buy more sensors. The Systems can use up to 16 sensors each, but with proper placement and the right combination, you shouldn't need that many. The systems come with Eagle Telonics Sensors. Some of the different sensors that are available with the systems include:

The included software sets the user decide what settings are ideal for the system depending on the site needed to be surveiled Because every site is different there are countless configurations that the user can set for the optimum video capture. This is an event recorder only. No longer will you have to sit through hours of blank video tape. The unit powers up and records only when triggered so that you only catch the desired events on tape. Used in combination with the right sensors, you will get the minimal false triggers and only get the video of the events that you set the system up to capture.
